I love creating stuff. I am my harshest critic and usually don't like the results, but it is therapeudic in it's own way.
I received these Artist Paint Brushes from Santa Fe Art Supply to review and they are luxurious! I had not realized how ratty my brushes had become until I opened this case!
No matter what medium you are working with, you can see and feel the difference between poor quality and good quality brushes. I have used these several times and each time I am impressed with them all over again. They are super soft and they glide so smoothly as I paint.
At 12 inches long, the handles are longer than I am used to but they are very comfortable. The balance is great and allows you to paints without the brush being overbalanced to the front or the back. I become used to them very quickly. They have great quality construction ans great quality bristles. The bristles are high quality synthetic hair, making them animal friendly. The set includes a freebie brush too! The ergonomic short brush is a round brush, great for lines and details.
For many, many years, I have carried art and craft projects with me so I never wanted for something to do. This fits perfectly into my my sometimes crazy mobile life. I can take my work with me and not worry that my brushes will get messed up in transport.
