If you spend any time in the kitchen, you know how important it is to have good equipment. Not because it looks good, but because it works great and for safety. Kitchen tools and equipment that don't work not only make the job harder, but can be unsafe and lead to injuries.
I received the NanoRazor Ceramic Paring Knife From Savvy Living to review and it one of the nicest knives I have used in my kitchen.

This is my first ceramic knife and I am truly impressed with the performance. It is super sharp and cuts with extreme ease.
The knife is lightweight yet beautifully balanced. The handle is easy to hold and grip without slipping.
It slices right through rinds and everything else without effort on my part. The ultra-sharp blade allows for the thinnest slices.
The included sheath not only protects hands from cuts when not in use, it protects your blade from dulling which helps extend the life of the blade.
You also get a great peeler with the knife. The peeler is also comfortable to hold and has a very sharp blade to make the job quicker. It can be adjusted for left or right handed use as well.
This set comes in a great heavy duty die-cut box that has magnets on the front flap that keep it closed. I have thus far stored my set in it. I like that it keeps them handy and not just dropped in a drawer getting rubbed against other utensils.

Some additional features and benefits that make this knife great:

* Ultra-sharp, ultra-durable 3-inch ceramic chef's knife with a gorgeous black blade for effortless, high-precision chopping, mincing, slicing, and dicing.

* High-tech ceramic blade forged under more than 100 tons of pressure, and over 1500ยบ C to make it stronger and less porous than other ceramic blades, so food particles, bacteria, and viruses don't stick to it.

* Triple polished with diamond wheels for a smooth finish and razor sharp edge.

* Rust and corrosion free, and doesn't react chemically with acids, oils, salts, or juices and change the flavor of your food like steel knives do.

Ceramic knives are sharper, more lightweight, and much easier to clean than steel ones. However, many people complain that ceramic knives are too fragile, chipping or shattering at the slightest bump. The Savvy Living NanoRazor is made using a special 4-step process which makes our blades sharper, denser, and more durable than those on regular ceramic knives.

The unique processing of the NanoRazor allows it to possess the rare balance of sharpness and durability, which makes it great for professional chefs and home cooks alike.
