It has finally happened! I was able to make cupcakes without tearing them up trying to get them out of the liners! I received a set of these Galley Essentials Silicone Baking Cups to aid this review and I am super pleased with them! 

I make cupcakes or muffins for us once in awhile. And I am embarrassed when I have to scrape them out of the pan or they come apart in chunks when we peel the liner off. And yes my guys tease me about it! I have tried tips and tricks and nothing ever really worked.

I was nervous as I started getting ready to pour the cupcake batter into the cups. I knew I would just cry if I was trying to get them out and they came apart or stuck to the liners! 

They looked nice and normal after baking......

But would they come out of the liners still looking like that?

Holy moly! It slid right out! With no effort! I literally turned the cup over and the cupcake slip out. In one piece. I actually squealed with delight! And look.....

Every one of the cups looked like this when I was done. Not a crumb left in the bottoms! I am delighted and fascinated by this! 

I never make muffins or cupcakes for get togethers or events because I know what they'll look like if I do. I'll finally be able to make cupcakes and muffins without having to apologize for how they look after they come out of the liner!

The Galley Essentials Silicone Baking Cups are super easy to use. Simply wash with warm soapy water before first use and if you wish, you can lightly spray with non-stick cooking oil. I put a little oil on a balled up paper towel and swirled through the cups. You can use these in a muffin tin like I did or you can place them on a baking sheet. Fill the cups about 2/3 full and bake according to the recipe directions. Let them cool for a few minute before removing and Wa La! Magnificent muffins or cupcakes! 

These are food grade silicone that is oven, microwave and freezer safe. Can be used in the -40 to 446 degree Fahrenheit temperature range. They are also BPA free. And re-usable! With these you'll always have baking cups on hand because they don't get thrown away after you bake in them.
