The BakeitFun Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat
is a very cool baking accessory! I had never used anything like this until I received this one to review and I love it. I don't know I baked so long without something like this.
It is much easier to use than I thought it would be. I was worried it would have complex directions or specifications for it to work correctly. It was none of that! Instead it was simply a matter of washing in warm water and applying a thin layer of cooking oil.
For a special treat, we baked some monster cookies on the mat! They cooked up great! They were just like we like them - soft in the middle with crispy edges. YUM! Mine was a sugar cookie and the Mini Man's was a chocolate chip.
What truly surprised us was the cookies slid right off the mat without any trouble at all.
I am excited thinking about the things I can use the mat for, cookies, cookie bars, biscuits, rolls... with the holidays approaching, this is going to make baking much easier!
When we were finished, I simply rinsed the mat off and dried it. It's already ready to use again!
The BakeIt Fun Baking Mat is non-toxic and BPA free. It is made with food grade silicone and is certified by the FDA. It can be used in the oven, microwave and even the freezer. It can withstand temperatures from -40 to 450 Fahrenheit. Food flavors and odors will not penetrate the baking mat so you have no worries that you'll taste or smell the last thing you baked.
I love this so much I am planning to get a couple to give for Christmas gifts to the bakers and foodies in the family. I know they'll appreciate it as much as I do!
You can get this great BakeitFun Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat on Amazon today! As of the time of this post, it was on sale too! It is regularly $29.99, but right now it is just $14.77.
