Skinology Lemon Essential Oil Review

I am constantly amazed by the uses for essential oils. How did I not know about these sooner? For many, many years, I have been recycling, reusing and growing a garden without pesticides, but it took me longer to realize that I was still using harmful chemicals in my home. I didn't use a ton, but I did use them, because of course the FDA had approved those products.

I love that now I can look under our sinks and there is nothing toxic lurking there. I received a bottle of Skinology Lemon Essential Oil to review and I continue to find great uses for it.
I have found that the combination of lemon essential oil, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda does a fabulous job of cleaning out our bunny cage. With very little effort on my part, I can let it set for just a few minutes while I am cleaning out the food and water dishes and this mixture removes odors and leaves their litter box smelling fresh.

On our recent trip to Georgia, the elevator at our hotel had a musty, mildew smell. There had had a lot of rain and even snow in the weeks before out visit and the moisture had gotten tracked into the carpet of the elevator. One one of our rides down from our room, I pulled our my spray bottle with water and about 25 -30 drops of the Skinology Lemon Oil and I sprayed most of the carpet with it. We went on our way and that evening when we stepped into the elevator to go back to our room, it smelled fresh! No musty smells! And it lasted through the rest of the time we were there until one of our last trips down in the elevator. We could faintly smell that musty odor creeping back in. It really could use a good carpet cleaning, but the lemon oil worked really well and made our elevator rides much nicer!
There has been so much sickness spreading around that I have been carrying my spray bottle with me and spraying shopping cart handles and my hands. The lemon oil is a natural antibacterial and I don't have to worry whether I (or my family!) have gotten Triclosan or any other harmful chemicals on my skin.
Skinology Lemon Oil is bottled in an advanced facility and is cruelty-free, never tested on animals.
