I try to see my life as half full but the half empty feeling sneaks in every once in awhile. I do realize that life is to short to let the little things bother me for to long.
I have a happy look on life. Say I am to go to my friends house and something comes up. I can't make it thats OK maybe something would have happened to me on the way but because I do not go well then I am safe cause I did not go. See half full!!!
I try to keep a positive outlook and stay on the glass is half full side. I am a teacher, so it is important to me to be a positive role model for my students and show them that I can be a strong person and also that I can adapt to any situation. I want them to know that they can carry the same attitude to get through life's struggles. I teach in a district with very high poverty levels, so I have students who face more life challenges than I ever could imagine, yet they come to school each day and find ways to survive and thrive. I learn from them as much as they learn from me.
