You ever just want to tune everything out? If you're like me, the washer and dryer are usually running into the wee hours. Or the dishwasher. Some nights just the sound of the air conditioner (or in the case of the last several nights, the HEAT) kicking on and off or the house settling is enough to keep me laying there wide awake in the dark. 

I received at pair of Bedphones to review and I can say I really like them! I have gotten desperate to get to sleep in the past and used my regular earbuds, only to wake up with an extremely sore ear.

Bedphones lay flat so you don't have the that painful pressure against the ear if you sleep on your side. They are less then 1/4" thick so I don't even feel them once I lay down! The bendable wire is moldable to your ear so you can form it to your own unique shape for maximum comfort. They are made to run behind your head with a cable slider so you can adjust for comfort.

At night, I have been plugging my Bedphones into my tablet and using the iHeartRadio app to play jazz or classical music. Something calm and soothing that helps my mind stop racing and relaxes me. I play it very softly, but it is enough to be soothing and block out the noises that keep me awake. You could use them to play white noise or ocean sounds. They have a standard headphone jack so they'll work with most devices. You can also download their free Music Controller app that will shut off the music once you fall asleep.  

Bedphones come with a sleep mask and a great zippered case to keep them both neat. It also makes it easy to take with you anytime you will be staying somewhere else over night. 

These can be used for other activities as well. Since they mold to your ear, and don't fall off easily, they can be used with an MP3 player or phone and worn while exercising, working, gardening or household chores. The in-line microphone is compatible with most smart phones and allows for answering phone calls, play, pause, and skip music tracks without touching your phone.
