Show Your Colors In The Sunlight With #DelSol Solar Color Changing Sunglasses

You don't have to be a kid to be fascinated with things that change color when exposed to sunlight light. I am endlessly fascinated by them myself! As a kid, I remember having rings and other little trinkets that changed from one color to another when I took them outside and thinking that was just the coolest thing! All these years later, I still think that! 

I was tickled when I was sent a pair of these DelSol Solar Color Changing Sunglasses to review! I chose a pair that changes from white to purple - my favorite color.

These are called "All Summer Long" and are very cool with a sweet swirl and stars design on the arms. The polarized lenses block the bright light, prevent glare and protect your eyes by blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays. 

The frames are thick plastic, but are good quality and very comfortable to wear. That is one problem I sometimes have with sunglasses is they don't fit comfortably enough to wear for more than a few moments. But these feel great. There are rubberized nose pads inset into the frames instead of sticking out on little mounts. 

DelSol sunglasses come in a great metal tin for safe storage, but also include a super soft drawstring bag for on the go convenience.

 Even as Summer has rapidly faded, Fall was blown out of here rather quickly and Winter is upon us, you still need to protect your eyes from the sun's rays. Everytime we go outside, our eyes are exposed to Ultraviolet A (UVA) and  Unltraviolet B (UVB) rays that can lead to serious conditions such as cataracts and cancer. These powerful, invisible rays have shorter wave lengths than visible light and are the most dangerous parts of sunlight. These rays are thought to play a part in macular degeneration and also plays a role in premature aging and wrinkles(1). Even in winter, exposure to bright sunlight reflected off of snow can cause a painful condition called "snow blindness"(2). Most eye conditions can take years to develop or notice so protection is key. It's important to remember eye protection if you spend any time outdoors.
