Majestic Pure Lemon Essential Oil Review

I am very interested in natural remedies for everything from cleaning our home to treating minor health issues. 

I was given an opportunity to try Majestic Pure Lemon Essential Oil and I and learning everyday just how useful it can be! 

I kept hearing about how great lemon oil worked for removing labels and sticky adhesives. I was truly surprised to see just how well it worked! 
I save glass jars of all kinds for various uses so I put the lemon oil to test for myself. Amazingly, it seemed to literally dissolve the adhesive that was left on my jar. I applied a few drops and began to rub and the sticky goo from the label just disappeared, leaving a sparkling clean glass behind. No more scraping and scrubbing to clean glass!

Another use I recently discovered surprised me given that this is an OIL. Oil is usually..... well, oily! So it seemed odd that it could be used as a cleaning spray for glasses. I had to give this a try because I am always needing to wipe my glasses as well as my husband's sun and reading glasses.

Well, color me lemon, this works GREAT! Here's the recipe I used:


Cleaning Spray for Glasses

Ingredients:

4 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon rubbing alcohol
5 drops lemon essential oil
1 oz. glass spray bottle

I don't yet have the glass spray bottles so I used one that was left over from a care kit my eye doctor had given me. I used my glass measuring cup to combine the ingredients and then poured into my spray bottle. If you prefer to mix directly in the bottle, you can. You simply add all ingredients, then replace the cap and shake to combine.

To use, spray each side of your lenses and clean thoroughly with a microfiber cloth that won’t scratch your glasses. Store in a dark place.

I am loving all the new uses for Lemon Essential Oil I am discovering. I am still a total amateur when it comes to essential oils, but I am fascinated by all the things they can do.
