Epica Bellows for Wood and Coal Fires Review

#Bellows12

A bellows is a super fire "helper".  The Epica Bellows is a stylish, super fire helper!
I received the Epica Fire Bellows to review and I was very impressed with every part of it. It is light enough to handle, but built very well with great, sturdy construction.

In Old English the word bellows translated, means "blast-bag" or "blowing-bag". A bellows delivers a blast of air to the fuel (the wood) raising the rate of combustion, therefore the heat output.

A hand bellows such as this one, works by taking in air through the valve (the hole on the back) and into the accordian style bag that is attached between the paddles when the paddles are pulled apart. When the paddles are then pressed together, the air is forced through the nozzle at the end. This allows for a narrowly focused stream of air, right where you want it.
The Epica Bellows is a stylish design that looks great next to any fireplace, while also being light and compact enough to carry along in your RV, on camping trips, outdoor fire pits, coal grills and smokers.
The wood product paddles are powder-coated for durability. The leather-like accordian is attached to the paddles with metal rivets. I love the look the rivets give it. There are no plastic parts that could melt when exposed to heat. This bellows is durable for long life.

It measures 19" x 7.3"  and is great for small to medium fires. If you are looking for a nice bellows that is as attractive as it is functional, the Epica Bellows is a great choice. You'll find it on Amazon.com.
