PhantomFit Resistance Bands Review

These PhantomFit Resistance Loop Bands will give you quite the workout! I have not used bands in the past, but I will now! I have not been adhering to an exercise routine as I should. It seems we have hardly stayed in one place much in the last nine weeks or so!

I received a set of #PhantomFit Resistance bands for this review and it is a great set. The included carry bag makes it extremely to grab and go, carry them with you and exercise during a break or during your lunch hour. Of course, it also makes them easy to grab a workout at home as well!

Using bands in this way is called bodyweight training, using your own bodyweight to boost your fitness. It requires no heavy equipment and is very versatile. Bodyweight training can be used to build some muscle, improve cardiovascular fitness, improve your balance and more.

The set includes four bands, each with a different difficulty level. There is a blue "light" band. It is thinner, easy to use and while still offering resistance, is great for first timers or if you need to ease into stretching. The red "medium" band is slightly thicker which offers a bit more resistance. The green "heavy" band is even thicker than the red one and offers good resistance.  The black "X-Heavy" band is the thickest of all and is a very intense resistance.

These different resistance levels let you choose what you are comfortable with and offers you a good workout. As you get stronger you could use a tougher level if you wished. It only takes a moment to feel your muscles working as you stretch the bands.

They are very well made and durable. It would take quite a lot of stress to damage or break one. The lightweight portability of the PhantomFit Bands means you can toss them into your purse or bag and keep them with you for a midday stretch. A bit like carrying a portable gym with you!

You can get started stretching and working out with your own set of PhantomFit Resistance Loop Bands from Amazon.com. Get yours, grab your mp3 player and let's get stretching!

You can visit the PhantomFit website to learn more about the differences between bodyweight training and other forms of exercise as well as healthy benefits.
