Review: MIRA Kitchen Scale

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I received one of these Mira Scales to review. I have never used a scale that measured down to such small measures! I laid a ziplock bag on it and it weighed it!

I have found the scale very helpful in managing our portions and using the correct amount in recipes instead of just trying to guess or eye ball it. I discovered I was usually overestimating when making dishes that called for a specific amounts of meat.

The MIRA scale has numerous features too. It's attractive tempered glass is strong and easy to clean. It has a very slim profile design but the LED display is large, bright and easy to read. You choose for the weights to be shown in pounds, kilograms, grams, and ounces (lb./oz, kg/g, fl.oz., ml). It even has a function to "zero out" the container or plate and only weigh the food. You'll get accurate measurements from .1 ounce up to 11 pounds!
As we prepare more and more of our meals at home, I know the MIRA scale will come in very handy and will have a place on our counter.

If you'd like to see the other colors available and purchase a MIRA Glass Digital Kitchen Scale for yourself, you can find them on Amazon.com
