I was sent a bottle of Pure Raspberry Ketones by Pure Body Naturals for the purposes of review. I love raspberries and even the raspberry scent so I was intrigued about a weight loss supplement using raspberries.

I loved that every time I opened the bottle, the raspberry scent wafted out for me to enjoy! Some vitamins and supplements have, shall we say "unattractive" odors about them, so it was refreshing to smell something I LIKED! 
I took them according to the label instructions, one capsule in the morning before breakfast and one capsule in the evening before dinner. 

 

At first I didn't notice much difference...but within a few days, my appetite was decreased and I didn't need as much to feel full. It didn't totally kill my appetite so that I felt like I never had to eat, but I definitely got full on smaller amounts. I also did feel the urge to snack between meals either, so I was able to cut down the amount of sugary and salty junk foods I craved. As a result, my energy level went up and I wanted to DO things! I had the energy to keep moving throughout the day without crashing or feeling like I just wanted a nap! And when I get more done in the day, I feel happier and more satisfied. So it was a win-win!
